   I was very unhappy with the service I received. The woman behind the counter handled the tobacco with her bare hands and was messing around with it for at least 10 seconds. This is unhygienic and completely unacceptable when selling loose tobacco.

   Amazing shop Staff are friendly and very polite. There is a male staff member (black hair, beard and brown complexion late thirties to early forties) who’s very friendly and lovely to see. The cigars are exceptional quality. Only had a few handful of bad experiences out of dozens of times visiting the cigar shop.

   Nice well turned out shop. Staff very polite and professional, knew their stuff and what they were talking about. Unfortunately the smoke I purchased was possibly over/under humidified! Possibly the worst smoke I've ever had. Smoked like a wet fajita. Messaged the shop but no response. Sadge.

   If look for cigars the shop is very small, staff dont realy know any thing about product they have on stock. Not good place for beginers, you need to know what you want becouse staff cant help you.

   Not just cigs and papers, but also a wide selection of vaping products. Whether you're after a simple disposable vape pen or a quality kit, there's plenty of choice on offer. I've found the service friendly, and the staff really know their products. The shop can turn into a bit of a scrum at lunchtimes. But so can anywhere right in the city centre.
