Brilliant customer service. I was in a dilemma after my ‘go to’ vapes got banned with the disposable ban so I entered this shop not knowing what to go for. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and found me a really good alternative. He even set it all up for me so I was good to go! I love the loyalty cards too! I feel like I went to the best place for help & I now have a really nice vape that I love! Highly recommend Spitfire vapes for all your needs. They are beyond helpful, honest and pleasant. Really informative and patient. Took my mum to get a kit as she has smoked for 40+ years and decided she wanted to try vaping. The lady was so sweet and made her feel very welcome (mum was very nervous upon arrival) Very helpful!! I’ve been a regular customer since they opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! The fact they have parking is great and it’s easily accessible! If they haven’t got what you want they always make the effort to try and get it for you!

Amazing service I rang up to try sort my mum a vape out and both owners helped out so much, explaining which vape would be best for my mum to use and liquid. I was able to purchase and they sent my product out to me via post and it came the next day. Thank you so much spitfire vape.
I loved this place, not only can I use the airways cafe where I pop into from time to time I can now pick up any vapeliquid that takes my fancy as the friendly couple who run the shop will try and get in what I ask for.
