   ​I have been consistently disappointed with the service and experience at this Co-op store. ​The store is overpriced compared to other local options, and the shopping experience is significantly hindered by operational issues. The automatic doors have been broken for months, which is unacceptable. ​A major frustration is the lack of staffed checkouts. Tills are never open, and customers are consistently forced to use the 2 self-service machines, even when there are long queues. Staff appear to actively avoid opening the main checkouts. To make matters worse, the self-checkouts are poorly positioned at the end of an aisle, causing congestion and making the checkout process awkward. ​Overall, this creates a poor and frustrating shopping experience. Improvements to staffing, pricing, and basic maintenance (like the doors) are desperately needed.

   Overpriced and looking rather unloved! One set of automatic doors has been broken for months and doesn't look like it's getting repaired anytime soon. Essentially the building is too big for the level of demand with the number of supermarkets in the town. It would be much better to subdivide the store into smaller more cost effective units.

   As usual as bad and expensive as always. Big bonus this time signs up apologising for not have a lot of stock. I only go cause the cigarettes are cheap.

   My husband and I are frequent shoppers at Co-op, and we absolutely love your fresh selection of fruits and vegetables, as well as your commitment to providing products from British farmers, which we wholeheartedly support. We were particularly excited when you introduced Corn Flour Tortillas, which have been an excellent addition to our kitchen as we enjoy making Mexican dishes at home. We are also huge fans of your olive oil bread and free-range eggs. Additionally, we appreciate the selection of Italian and Spanish wines, which pair beautifully with your range of cheeses and prosciutto—perfect for enjoying with grapes and nuts. Your staff are always polite and quick to assist whenever needed, and we are grateful for the discounts we receive as Co-op Members. I've been meaning to write this comment for a while now, and though I don't typically leave feedback, I wanted to express my appreciation. Please continue to offer your excellent food selection and maintain your kind, helpful staff.

   I have been going here for a while now and have had all positive experiences so far. Nice big carpark, trolleys always in bay and baskets at the ready. It can get busy at times but the staff are really friendly and welcoming.
