   The woman I have encountered a few times didn’t seem overly happy to be there, a tad grumpy. I bought an Elf X vape which was nothing but trouble from the beginning. Leaking, but more than a usual vape, I have to wipe the residue away every 10 minutes and would leak on my clothes. Then it started maulfunctioning intermittently. I went in to ask for a replacement due for it being faulty and was told I couldn’t because it was 6 days out of the 2 week return period. She said the leaking is normal and didn’t take my word for it cutting in and out. If I was returning it because I didn’t want it, fair enough, but it’s faulty. I left without a fuss because I didn’t want to argue over a £10 vape. Won’t be returning and would rather travel 20 minutes to Dereham or pay for delivery and use VPZ. A lot more friendly and knowledgeable.

   Went in their not much idea about vaping. The lady was so helpful. Ive been in other vape shops and bought terrible products. Cant recommended this shop enough. Absolutely brilliant. Thoughtfuly recommended it

   Incredible vape shop. Gent behind the counter very friendly and informative. Help me with the mg of vape juice and let me know the offer on 3 bottles. I’ve come from Elux 3500 puffs which he has informed me are no longer sold in official stores. Would say I will be shopping here from now on. Good to see businesses reopening in watton!

   Finally got round to check-in this shop out and I was not disappointed. I bought a new mod vape juice and some coils. Very helpful staff and down to earth aswell. Was a pleasure spending time and money in there today. Will definitely be going back and buying more stuff.
