The Seven Sisters Visitor Centre was a wonderful stop. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the facilities, especially the toilets, were clean and comfortable. The café offered nice food, and the whole place felt warm and inviting, which was perfect on such a windy, cold day. A great place to rest and enjoy before heading back out to explore

We did the Seven Sisters cliffs hike from Seaford and decided to do the long route stopping at the Visitor center to use the bathroom and buy a quick drink. The toilets are very clean. The staff at both the little gift shop and the coffee shop was super friendly!

Seven Sisters Cliffs are stunning! You can choose how much you walk or hike, and buses make it very easy to get around. Ending the day in Eastbourne is perfect for dinner and drinks.

If you like a good walk, park here, have breakfast or just a coffee in the cafe and then hike the Seven Sisters along the coastal path to Eastbourne via the Birling Gap (about half way and there's a cafe and facilities there) and the Belle Tout lighthouse. Seven hills to climb and seven valleys to recharge. The views from the cliffs over Beachy Head are spectacular. It's about a five hour walk. We had fish and chips by the pier as a reward! Catch the no. 12 bus back from Eastbourne to the country park to your car. Parking all day at Seven Sisters Country Park costs £7 (August 2025).

I visited here in June 2022. It is easy to reach by public transport with regular buses running between Brighton and Eastbourne. The visitors centre has lots of useful information, a small shop, toilets, a cafe and helpful staff.
