Booked my child to attend the Easter event today. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had! When announced they were doing the Easter egg hunt majority of the younger children were being pushed by older children and the eggs snatched out their hand. Two staff members were walking around and chucking the plastic easter egg balls in different locations for the children to “find” but majority of older children were following them collecting the eggs as they were throwing it and not allowing the younger children to collect them. When spoken to a staff member regarding this issue she said to me she was aware of the situation regarding the older children but quote to quote “nothing she can do” which is ridiculous as they could do the egg hunt with the younger children separately. When stated in the advertisement “food box” I initially thought a box of hot food but instead didn’t expect the food to be a stale old crusted sandwich wrapped in a kitchen towel, a packet of crisps and snacks. Didn’t expect to pay £11.95 for this. The bright side was that my child went home with a big Easter egg that no older children can snatch of them. If the event was organised properly and allowed younger children to participate without being pushed or their eggs being snatched and food to be reasonable I would be happy to pay the price that I did.

Brought my daughter here as it was a rainy day on arrival the carpark has enough spaces out the front for around 8 cars. We entered the building sign in and pay the build is very spacious but very very cold. The play areas are not clean and a lot.of the dirt looks like it's been there a while. Some of the climbing areas have been broken and there is a part near the pink octopus where the flooring feels like it's coming away. The toilets was not clean tissue and dirty toilets. I don't think we will be returning unless the place is cleaned and repairs are made.

Play Stax was a great place to take the children. They were allowed to play for as long as they liked.

Feel sorry for the staff in the way the clientele (both parents & children) treat the facility. Behaviour & language is dreadful. Will not let my grandchildren be exposed to this. Rumoured that guests bring in their own bottles of alcohol!

Came here a couple of days ago the lady was rather abrupt in her manner. We went to the toilet twice wilest here (my daughter is 4) to find that men are using the same toilets as us I assumed they just hadn't checked the door sign so upon making the staff aware she told me "they are Family toilets" and that they have now closed the men's off. There is no sign mentioning it is a "family toilet" and these men are not in my family. Would of been nice to been made aware of this before hand. Maybe also reconsider training staff in customer services.

Have booked a few parties here, everyone has always had a good time. Food is good, there's enough choice for everyone. Staff are always very helpful and polite. The Quasar party was particularly good fun, even for those who had never played before it was easy to play and enjoyable. Smiles all round.

It's great for the kids but this time of year (December) if you're an adult sat at the tables you will want to keep your coat on as it can get very cold. The children don't notice as they are busy running around playing enjoying themselves. Also you have to spend at least £3.50 when buying drinks etc. to be able to pay by card!

We booked the day before and was told that the 10am session was a quiet one and less busy than the 1pm slot. Wow, what a noise when we got there, a couple of parties and loads of kids and parents. But there was enough seating and plenty of room for the kids to play in. 2 hours is enough. We had a drink and a bar of chocolate but the meals (jacket potatoes) did seem better value. No trouble parking and at £4:95 it is good value. We will come back.
