   How lovely to be able to purchase a radio near to where I live, with such good customer service. It’s like the old days when they have time to explain and discuss the purchase. My purchase, a Monty radio is brilliant. Had forgotten how good a radio could sound!

   Our vented Bosch tumble dryer developed some problems after years of reliable service. It's located in a cold & drafty garage / utility space - so really needs to be vented... as condenser dryers and heat-pump dryers really struggle and are inefficient in cold settings - e.g. from September through till June in the UK ;-). John Lewis now only sell condenser / heat-pump dryers and Currys advice/service remains shockingly bad. So looked-up some local electrical suppliers instead. Popped into Burditts, received sound advice right off the bat and even though the dryer we wanted wasn't in stock, Burditts managed to source one and deliver it within 3 or 4 days. Delivery and setup went without a hitch, at the time and date we'd arranged - and the old machine was taken away at no additional cost. The new dryer is a British-built Indesit machine and our first impressions of it are solid. So in summary, excellent experience & service from the get go. Sincere thanks to the boss-man at Burditts ;-)

   I phoned Burditts when my parent's old integrated washing machine packed up. Before I phoned, I had done some online research regarding the installation & cost of various new washing machines and had an idea of the model/make I wanted. I spoke to Mark who was great to talk to, genuine guy, really knew his stuff and he was able to offer the model I was after at an incredibly competitive price (btw. I went for a Hoover HBWS49D2ACE). He installed the machine perfectly (Perfect flush fitting, no wobbles), he went that extra mile to ensure my parents were happy (and they are over the moon). If you're thinking of buying kitchen appliances, I recommend calling Burditts first (Even if you don't see what you are after on their website). Overall, my experience with Burditts has been excellent and I will definitely be using them again, many thanks!
