    I bought Bosch washing machine (Series 6) 2.5years ago, cost me £749 from Currys. Out of nowhere after the guarantee period is finished, I’ve got a hole in the drum, never touched it, never moved it. What’s the point of spending such a ridiculous amount of money on the item if it doesn’t last! At least drop your prices down, as the prices you are placing out there are very wrong from what you sell! Not buying Bosch item ever again!

    I would leave no stars if possible. Trying to resolve a payment issue, this company have taken a large payment more than 3 times now with no notice after they experienced a glitch in the system. We raised this with them several times and have been waiting for a return call for more than 10 days having previously chased and been told they would speak to a manager and come back to us. We have now chased again as we have had a payment taken again. This is for several appliances and is not a small amount of money. We used work scheme hence not looking at the atrocious reviews. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. This is costing us money in bank charges and is completely unacceptable.

    I booked a service to get my washing machine repaired. I took the day off work to wait for the technician. I was given a link to track his arrival. At 5pm on Friday the technician posted that the service call had been completed. He NEVER ARRIVED. When I phoned to complain I was told he could not gain access into our estate, despite the fact that the gate is broken and unlocked. I’m sure it being Friday and him wanting to go home had nothing to do with it. He had been given a wrong number and could not reach me by phone. He could have knocked on the door but he didn’t try that. BSH offered to rebook, but I work abroad. Not having a working washing machine is an enormous inconvenience. I will buy a new machine elsewhere and will never buy a Neff or use BSH Appliances again. Horrible service, total waste of time.

    Words cannot describe how dissatisfied I am with the services offered by BSH Home Appliances. 2 months down the line, 3 damaged fridges and 1 failed delivery later and I still do not have an undamaged fridge. Do not be fooled by the brand name, I have never experienced such poor service from a household brand. I would not recommend ordering direct from BSH to anyone. This has caused me so much disruption with limited efforts taken to provide any reasonable compensation. For a company that turns over €15 billion annually, you would have thought they would know how to deliver a fridge.

    Paid ££££ for a fridge/freezer, one hour after the promised delivery window had passed I called the delivery company who said they don't know, call BSH. BSH agent by the name of Bailey with poor attitude and no customer service skills says "nothing much we can do". "I'm sure you can understand how busy we can be right now" The best he can do is email customer service, and it may take up to 72 hours for them to update me. "I didn't say it will take 72 hours, I said it MIGHT take 72 hours" I am now ££££ out of pocket with no fridge/freezer and no idea if/when it might be coming. Awful

    You only have to listen to this company’s first message when calling customer service to understand, i agree no one should be shouted at down the phone but been polite leads to nothing with this company. Avoid !! -Late delivery (5-10 days when ordered) -No answers after 12 days to when my item would be delivered, only answers i got ‘its coming from germany but don't know when’. -random ‘drop’ off, no one was in my house and it was ‘dropped’ off with a neighbour, due to no correspondence or knowledge of the delivery. -item was broke (ceramic hop/glass), the neighbour luckily had a ring doorbell and footage of the delivery driver dropping it. -when i called i was told a member of the team would be in touch to get details, not the case.. just a random email a couple of days later from tnt saying they would pick it back up the day after, i called to ask what the deal was and apparently this was procedure, they inspect the damage then order another to be sent out, i raised my concerns about it already taking 3 weeks i will be waiting another 3-4 more weeks through no fault of mine. (i was going on holiday the day after but managed to arrange someone to be at my house to deal with it). -3 weeks after collection i received a ‘how did we do email’ ( i hadn’t heard nothing since collection other than this ‘how did we do email’ ) i replied explaining and entered dialog with someone who seemed to be interested in resolving my issue, they agreed to refund after i sent all the evidence, the delivery driver broke the item when he dropped it and i accept accidents happen but customer service and performance of this company from start to finish has been shocking given the brand. i also started the process to claim my money back via pay pal at the same time, multiple lines of refund as id gone past dealing with them and just wanted a refund. - 2/1/23 ordered the hob -23/1/23 delivered -24/1/23 gave them a call to explain the issue -26/1/23 random email -27/1/23 collected -15/2/23 ‘how did we do email’ -17/2/23 they agreed to refund Its now 13/3/23 and i still have no refund, i think its on the way but paypals procedure is long when the company your claiming against is not playing fairly. All that said i would not recommend this company at all, like i said originally just listen to the first message you get when you call the help line, i can only imagine what sort of complaints they are dealing with, I’m not a karen and usually wouldn’t review (just never use zed company again) but this is what nearly 3 months of waiting and been messed about does to someone like me.

    Incorrect items supplied. No refund 2 weeks after return. They are quoting 28 days to process refund. A great Brand supported by a poor company in meltdown. Dont use them! When their Online team got involved they were prompt in apologising and I got a refund. They need the Online team training all other staff

    Horrific ! Stressful! Unprofessional! Don’t deserve to be in business . DONT ORDER ANYTHING !!!!! I placed a order for a 50k kitchen last July to still be waiting the combi oven , no customer service , I have to chase neff , never any answers , the phone line is cut off , no commitment or help of any kind . You take the money and just fob me off . I’m tired and you’re making me ill with the stress of your rubbish service . You don’t deserve to be in business . I’m going to the papers and news channels Where my combi oven oh and the free microwave for Xmas to help which never arrived …. The most shoddy service ever

    The most useless form of customer service. not only the products they sell are of poor quality, their incompetence dealing with simple requests is shocking. I've clearly asked to be contacted should we require to pay for any work to be done and this was ignored, both times... This leaves me in a hugely sticky situation due to this company's / their customer service representatives incompetency

    Really useless. Failed to fix 5 year old fridge freezer after 4 weeks of waiting for a spare part. then i was offered a discounted replacement which I paid £460 for. Waited a further 4 weeks then called them as had heard nothing. Was told none were in stock and wouldn't be for another 3 months. Was offered money back. So ordered one from another shop. Now have received an email telling me that they're coming to install the fridge freezer next week - so I have 2 coming. All this was written while on hold for their customer services, that have now just cut me off- so I could go on and write an even longer review - but it's just not worth the effort - much like dealing with BSH customer services.
