    Visited today to exchange a totally faulty electric Christmas present - were met by a weary disinterested person on the returns counter - we could prove the item was bought in Currys, knew the postcode of the purchaser (apparently the only significant thing needed) but were told as the item has cost under 50 pounds there was nothing to be done. Unfortunately my son who has been looking forward to the gift is no better off. It is unclear how we obtain a replacement or refund since the purchaser is a long way away and likely does not have the receipt. Is there any solution? Why did they not simply exchange it?

    We had a warranty exchange and it was really nice to talk to a manager who knew exactly what was required and sorted us out with no issues at all. His staff were also just as supportive. Very pleasant experience. Thanks!

    I purchased their life time warranty screen protectors for Β£29.99, each time I have gone in the shop to get a replacement they have had me waiting for 30 minutes each time. It’s the classic taken my money so they don’t want to help any more. Just buy one off Amazon much better quality too.

    Hopeless! Currys, what are you thinking? Due to an unlucky week of appliance failures, we had the misfortune to visit Currys twice in quick succession, shopping first for a washing machine and then for a 65 inch TV. On each occasion we chose what we wanted and as cash buyers thought the sales process would be quick and straightforward. What we hadn't realised was that the shop assistants at Currys Rope Walk Bedford actively avoid engaging with customers. The shop was almost empty on both visits and both times we were told we would have to wait in a 'queue' to speak to a member of staff even though there were plenty of staff members wandering around the shop floor doing nothing. One who was hoovering the carpet (at 11am) clearly did not want to be disturbed with irritating sales enquiries. Another, who claimed to be a member of management but was standing with several colleagues, all unoccupied, reacted with comedy incredulity when asked her to explain why none of the apparently available staff could help us. Yes. We visited twice. The first time in innocence, the second time in the hope that we were unlucky the first. There will not be a third. Currys, what are you thinking? Why maintain an expensive store infrastructure for sales if you are then going to fill it with staff who actively avoid selling your products? Two sales lost to this store in one week. Thank goodness for the option to shop online.

    Went in store on Wednesday hoping to purchase a controller and needed to use a one for all voucher. The controller was our of stock but Muriel (I'm hoping I got his name right) was very helpful in helping to order one for us. We then had trouble converting the voucher. At no point did he get cross or frustrated at how long it was taking, he helped figure out how to transfer it and in the end I had to ring one for all as it was a fault of theirs but he was very supportive and professional. You definitely made my stressful visit a lot easier. Thank you!

    Has to be the worst customer experience I have ever had, due to multiple branch failures! For such a big umbrella company you would have thought they have a decent customer service and complaints procedure! Have now spent 7 hours of my life trying to get a simple purchase sorted. And still without the product I payed for absolutely useless on all parts! Will not be using for home and buissneses in the future

    My only problem with curry's is that if you buy the product in the shop and expect the delivery in shop, there is absolutely no way to track it, call or chat to anyone. Hope it will be sorted soon... I just prefer to wisit the shop and make all arrangements with a person rather than with a bot.

    Last weekend before Christmas and the experienced I received was very poor. No staff and those that were around were kids with very little direction. Very very surprised to see no management driving the team or making any decisions. Apple stand was truly appalling with numerous gaps and empty space (like a lot of the store) but a Β£1200 laptop I wanted in stock but not on display and the price was destroyed. Spent Β£1200+ but only as I could not be bothered going anywhere else. Not good.
