   I'd not had any reason to shop at Howdens for a number of years since we last bought our kitchen from there, however, I was working on a project that needed certain dimensions, so I thought that Howdens might be able to assist in this. Well, they certainly did! I was served and assisted by Kaleigh, Georgia, Simon and Konrad, all of whom were absolutely brilliant. They listened intently to what I was looking to achieve with my project and spent considerable time in going through the product range with me to ensure that the products would work. Between Kaleigh, Georgia, Simon and Konrad, the products they identified for me did work, so thankyou all for being customer focused and persevering until we did find the right solution. So well done to Kaleigh, Georgia, Simon and Konrad, your commitment to go that extra mile to try and help has left me with a most positive experience of Howdens. Please keep up the great work as your customer services approach is exemplary and make you a credit to Howdens.

   Great place to shop for your kitchen project, we managed to refurbish ours for a fraction of the cost quoted by the high street. The staff are very knowledgeable and provide help with the finer details to help you get it right.

   Howdens seems to be the go to place for tradesmen who are working on kitchens and bathrooms. We went there prior to some work on our kitchen to choose new bits and pieces. Howdens caters for trades and there are no prices on items or in their catalogue (presumably this allows trades to set their own price to the customer - chances for ripping off customers?) Although their aim is trade they are also very helpful to customers coming in and asking to see samples of products so they can choose and inform their tradesman.
