Washing machine was vibrating and moving across our new kitchen floor. Nothing seemed to help. I ordered this air cushion and am delighted with the result. The machine stays put and is much, much quieter. Simple but brilliant.
After a new kitchen and laminate flooring the washing machine was far from stable and extremely noisy on spin cycle, looked on the net for a solution and found steady spin, a simple but excellent solution to a annoying problem with laminate flooring and washing machines. Ordered one and is now installed which is quick and easy. The results are fantastic, no more vibrations, shaking and noisy washing machine. Thanks to all at steady spin. Would definitely recommend.
Bought this to hopefully cure a washing machine vibration problem. While this was not a major issue the vibration was none the less annoying. Due to the very snug fit trying to place rubber feet under the washing machine wasn’t an easy or realistically a viable option for me. Cue the Steady Spin mat. I placed the mat on top of the machine, flat, and the started the machine. Once the spin cycle commenced I pumped the mat up until the vibration ceased. Perfect result and didn’t need to pump it up too high either. Well recommended and at the price great value. p.s. As the washing machine sits two thirds under the sink draining board void I placed a piece of thin plywood to bridge it, and it’s worked very well.
The banging and 'jet taking off' noise...........all gone. I bought the product in June and now sit and admire the smooth spinning of the washing machine that before I bought a Steady Spin was loud. Comically, on a fast spin the integrated door used to fly open, the machine moved so much I had to stand against it to keep it in place. Since installing the Steady Spin, it's been bliss. No movement and no noise. Cannot recommend this product enough. A marvel!
Finally! Something that has helped my relationship with the neighbors as now I can do a wash whenever I like knowing noise won't upset anyone.
