We embarked on a house renovation that took 6 months and Janes supplied new carpets throughout our house. The process of selecting the carpets was made stress free by the ever helpful Louise who invested significant time and effort, during several visits, to ensure we got the best advice on what would look good and work well, and to ensure nothing was overlooked. During the installation process the fitters were brilliant. They were punctual, worked very efficiently and took all the excess materials away at the end of the job, leaving a pristine finish. We felt fully supported throughout the selection and installation process by a quality service at a cost-effective price. We cannot recommend Janes highly enough if you are in the market for new carpets.

They had stock of an item that was out of stock in all of the other Euronics stores I'd tried. They were very helpful and reserved the item while I went to collect it and were friendly when I picked it up. I had an issue with one of the buttons on the remote control and after reporting it to them, they arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We moved to the village 8 years ago, and I have no idea why it’s taken me this long to leave a review.... sorry guys! My very first meeting with Janes was when we first moved in, and I needed something printing, and some haberdashery bits. Turns out they did neither. But they still printed something for me because they’re nice like that, and they pointed me towards a haberdashery. Since then, we’ve bought 2 freezers, some flooring, bicycle helmets, all sorts of bike parts, and they serviced a bike after our daughter was hit by a car, and rebuilt an ancient Dutch bike after I thought it would be a good idea to take it apart and have it painted. These guys are amazing, and you shouldn’t think twice about spending your money with them. You just can’t fault good people. So grateful to have met them.
Had a great experience using Janes, went in store to discuss what we wanted and Louise couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting a product that was suitable for us, with no pressure and no rush. We told her the dates we needed to work around due to renovations and she called us back on the day we finished to get us all booked in - the kind of attention you wouldn't get from a larger firm.
