I took my mum in to this store, as she had been looking for a while for some comfortable shoes. We were served by Will, who was so helpful and patient with my mum. He offered lots of choice and made sure the pair of shoes my mum chose fitted well, I can't thank him enough, my mum is really pleased with her new shoes !!
Great Shoes for Small Feet! Had a brilliant shop for Grandchildren’s shoes in Clarkes in Leek. Shop assistant was excellent. She couldn’t have been more attentive. Got a fabulous pair for our grandson which he loved. Spotted this lovely pair for our granddaughter too.
A treasure trove of quality footwear and if they don't have your size, they order it in! Really lovely and friendly service.

Very disappointed by our visit yesterday. A certain member of staff was very unhelpful when asked to help fit two of my 4 children, she was also rude to them whilst fitting them! I will not use this shop again
