   I just wanted to pass on some heartfelt thanks for the wonderful service we received at your store around 5pm today. I brought my 1-year-old nephew in to get his first pair of shoes, and we were greeted and helped by a lovely young lady who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful and friendly — her warmth and patience made the experience really special. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please pass on our thanks — she’s an absolute credit to your team!

   First and last time i will use shuh online ordered boots didnt fit right sent back with post locker 4 weeks later stll cant find parcel shuh dont seem to care neither post locker i am £120 out of pocket terrible service by both
