Attended here post diagnosis in Sancta Maria. Chris carried out 12 rounds of shockwave on my achillies. Painful treatment but being able to walk pain free for the first time in over a year. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
I attended the West Cross clinic and unfortunately, I would not recommend going here. I went due to shoulder and neck pain and for context I have a neurological condition that I have been told by doctors is likely the overall cause of my pain due to muscle weakness. Most of the focus of the appointment seemed to be trying to tell me my neurological condition I have didn't exist and was due to stress/anxiety and I should get counselling. Despite admitting they had no experience of neurological issues, the physiotherapist clearly thought they knew better then the multiple specialist health professionals I have seen. So all in all I paid £45 to be called a fake, not get any improvement or exercises for the actual issue of my shoulder, and be taught some yoga poses that I already knew as my gym offers yoga classes free.
Fantastic experience with Chris and Liam at West Cross. Was great to have expert medical advice combined with a tailored S&C program. I managed to reach my goal of playing rugby after 12 months post ACL operation. It was only made possible with these guy's excellent service and hard work!
Have had great physiotherapy rehab from Chris Miller after major knee surgery, the strength and conditioning work he has given me to do has been second to none and helped immensely getting me back to near normal mobility. The use of the Wattbike has also been a great benefit improving my overall fitness. Will be returning to see Chris post Hip replacement in the New Year. Thanks again Chris
Chris has been amazing and very knowledgable. With his help I have managed to step up my training for the commonwealth weightlifting champs next month. I suffer from patella tendonitis, and with Shockwave therapy my pain has dramatically reduced. I would 100% recommend it. Can't thank you enough.
