   Goodey and Howell have recently installed my new bathroom. From the design and support from the showroom to the whole installation was excellent and any concerns I initially had were soon forgotten as the job progressed. The communication throughout the whole job was fantastic. The bathroom looks incredible. The Job wasn’t cheap, but worth every penny. Everybody involved were excellent, polite and professional. They all talked through exactly what was being done at each stage.

   Recently we had our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom refurbished. Really pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Holly was amazing, very patient allowing us to choose fittings and fixtures. Paul, Andy, Alex and David were fantastic, cheerful and entertaining fitters. Their eye for detail was first class. We cannot recommend them highly enough! A five star company!

   Our shower head broke which was still under warranty and fitted by another local company who refused to help without charging us an obscene amount just to come and have a look. We went to this beautiful showroom and chatted to the friendly and helpful staff all of whom went out of their way to help us. Ten minutes later had been sold a replacement shower head and the chap came and fitted that same afternoon. Outstanding service. These are now our go to for replacement of our bathrooms. Thank you so much.

   We would like to thank the staff at Goodey and Howell especially Jim. We have just refurbished our property with new bathrooms and a kitchen, Jim expertly designed each of the rooms going through every detail step by step with us and giving advice that was very much appreciated, the quality of the units and products purchased were of an very high standard, nothing was too much trouble, we can't thank you enough. We will be returning to Goodey and Howell when the extension is complete for help with the design of our utility room, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else, thanks again!!

   Great showroom and staff were extremely helpful. We need to fully kit out two bathrooms and wanted to buy locally if at all feasible. We had a good idea of what we needed and what it would cost if we bought online, but we were happy to pay a little extra to buy locally, from a place with a showroom. Victoria created a great design for us for one of the bathrooms (for free, without any commitment from us to buy from them) and when she went on mat leave Derek took over and got us some great prices, very close to what was available online and in some cases even better! We're very happy with the service so far and are looking forward to having everything installed.
