   The customer care in my opinion consistently great...especially staff like Tom and Abby who are always so supportive. However recently its been impossible to get through by phone which, as a disabled woman with significant health and mobility needs, its become a significant problem. Im wondering if you are aware of this? Maybe a fault on the line? It makes it impossible to check on medication arrival and avoid paying for unneccesary journeys in if not available. Its only started the last few days but for someone like me who relies on pain meds daily its a bit of a nightmare tbh.

   The blisterpack is prepared and delivered efficiently and on time. I seem to have to chase them for virtually all other items which are nearly always later than my prescription predicts.

   I've been going to Wyborns for many years, through several changes of management, and have always found them totally polite, helpful and attentive. They usually have prescriptions ready before the suggested time and help me speed it up if necessary, letting me have some, if they are allowed, before the prescription has arrived. The latest new ownership promises to be just as helpful.

   Today, on Wednesday, 31st December, I visited the pharmacy twice, in person, to collect my wife's usual medicine. The total time I must have spent queueing outside, and then again waiting inside, must be close to an hour. And, after all this - I still do NOT have what is needed.
