I recently went to the clinic for microsuction and received brilliant service from Alison - I was a little anxious about the procedure but she put me at ease and was very thorough and patient. Would highly recommend.

I went in for an ear wax removal recently and the service was excellent. Alison was really friendly and professional — she talked me through what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The difference afterward was amazing — my hearing is so much clearer now! The pharmacy itself has a lovely, welcoming feel and everyone was polite and helpful. Just had a consultation with the pharmacist here because I have a UTI and I am staying away in Brighton. Really great service. Have been prescribed 3 days course of antibiotics. Very attentive, calm and knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend. A little outside Brighton but can park car nearby.

I was able to get a next day appointment and have the vaccinations I needed at my first appointment with no waiting around or return visits. Brijesh was incredibly informative and gave me honest recommendations based on my trip and the type of activities I’d be doing.

Had a COVID booster, the staff were polite and efficient. The nurse was very friendly informative and good with a needle the chemists is clean and organized....so five stars.
