This is the hospital (RSCH) pharmacy and it's just about ok. Parking is almost impossible unless maybe you have a disabled badge but even then there's a taxi rank outside so not easy. And parking will need to be paid for. I had to walk for ages from a gap just to get there. It was then really busy, told me the prescription would take at least 30mins so more parking cost and plenty of waiting. The staff were polite and friendly, hence the 2 stars but the one that helped me really didn't know what she was doing. Kept telling me my meds had to be kept in a fridge, they don't, we had a polite to and fro about it - eventually she went to ask a pharmacist and then came back to agree with me. Then I said I would need to come back another day as couldn't wait the time required and there were no seats to sit on and she then flapped about that. Basically it took me about 10mins just to hand in a prescription which is madness so no wonder it is such a long wait in there. As I said she was very nice but didn't make up for the hassle. Unfortunately the meds needed had to come from this pharmacy or there's no way I would have gone there and will not be going again - unless forced to.

The most disorganised pharmacy I've ever been to. No coordination with the hospital it serves. Ridiculous opening times. 45 minute wait for prescriptions. Failed to ask me the questions required to administer my medication until after I returned from my wait, so I had to wait longer. The shelves are half empty. The displays are ridiculous. The staff member serving thought a prescription printed by the hospital was a photocopy. Just... a mess.

Very confusing Normally I collect my prescription all fine everytime and I dont mind waiting at all its very understandable But today I have called the pharmacy and the staff even said my medication is now ready to collect. came to the shop and the staff said they have got nothing I even showed the message that my prescription is ready to collect but the staff refused to do anything. I got panicked as my meds had ran out I have to call my unit which they were very nice and have to come down to talk to them and my prescription was just under the counter waiting for me to collect? Everyone who works there were always very nice but i think this person(mentioned) may need more training?

Shockingly slow service… waited over an hour after being told I’d have to wait 20 mins!

Occasional long waits, but to be expected when they are serving the hospital's high number of patients prescriptions. Polite service staff and great advice from pharmacists.

Normal pharmacy. Very close to the hospital, not quite so close to A&e. I didn't like that if you come with a prescription they give you a ticket but after that, you have to wait for ages. Even boots doesn't take that long. Also, no parking spaces around. Not a convenient pharmacy, but at least they could give us our prescribed morphine. The prescription was specific to this pharmacy. My partner was prescribed so much of it, that they were doubting the prescription itself, but in the end, we left without any problems

Had a prescription sent here from the hospital. I spoke to them at 2pm and they asked if I would like a delivery. Was delivered to me same day at 8pm great service

Visited today 28th May 2022. Everyone in there seemed proper annoyed as everyone before me had waited at least 45 minutes for a prescription and the did admit at the end they were short staffed but still telling everyone comming in it be 15-20 minute wait well that was blatant lying from the start. Firstly my prescription was sent to them on the 16th and was told to pick up when I can as was an emergency extra month due to late appoint, so you think that would be easy to pick up but clearly not. Not one staff member knew if my prescription was already made up or whatever unfortunately it took them 20 minutes just to find out it hadn't be processed as they couldn't find the prescription which shows they have no process in place for organising and keeping things safe and secondly for one month supply which is one box it took them a further 40 minutes after to get ready. This is terrible service and just no no no
