   gave me someone else’s medicine when i had no days left and no time to check when it came time to take it i was in a different city with no wy to pick up a emergency supply now im sitting here crying my eyes out cause i need my meds and i can’t do anything and when i called for help they didn’t help they just demanded i bring the meds back

   I’m always greeted by polite and friendly staff, the new pharmacist that I met today is so kind and helpful was so pleasant to speak to! It always makes the menial task of picking up medication a lot nicer. I’ve also had lovely experiences with the rest of the staff, they always seem patient and calm no matter who they’re speaking to. Really like this pharmacy :)

   I use this pharmacy regularly for my repeat prescriptions, and they’re always very helpful and efficient. In particular, I was there this morning and asked if I could briefly discuss a prescription & its side effects - the pharmacist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me to make a decision about an alternative medication. I really appreciated the time and attention he was able to give me during a busy morning, and want to thank him & his team for the work that they do. Merry Christmas!

   Such a friendly and professional service from everyone who works here. I had an issue with an item out of stock at a boots pharmacy which was still not remedied after one month. In contrast Ross pharmacy dealt with the problem straight away and I had my medicine same day-a well deserved five stars Thankyou x

   They are super sweet, the pharmacy doctor is understanding and non-judgemental. You expect to be waiting on the phone for a long time, but 9 times out of 10 they pick up the phone immediately. Great customer service!!
