Horrible customer service. Unhelpful staff. My prescription went in 10 days before I went to collect it. When I got there one of the medications was not available. They were flippant. I was out of medication and it's not something you can stop taking. They told me i had to get an emergency prescription from NHS 111. This is not true. They can put the prescription back on the system so another pharmacy can supply it. I got the emergency prescription form 111 and when I went to the north street store to pick it up they refused to serve me because it was 5 minutes before closing. I then had to go to the station walk in clinic and wait and hour to get yet another emergency prescription to pick up at Asda. The process took 4 hours and cause me severe emotional distress. I hate this store and the people who work in it.

Unhelpful staff, I went in yesterday asking for a flu jab as I am vulnerable to flu and a member of staff said "We are not taking any appointments for a year because this is centralised to North Street", I haven't heard no BS in all my life and when I checked on my phone to arrange an appointment, this branch came up. Like my family members stated now people are so lazy because they know what to fall back on with this COVID. Thanks for your service, NOT!!!

Why does this branch close at lunchtimes? I think it’s 12.30-1.30 closing which seems strange (not to mention inconvenient) nowadays. Also it doesn’t list this on the Google opening hours or anywhere online. The branch itself is fine, just wish it didn’t close in the middle of the day.
