The current pharmacist at Superdrug is excellent.
Very busy but staff were nice. Went there to get a glucose testing machine but there were non. The pharmacist was nice enough to guide how to get an emergency prescription from a walk-in centre
Very nice workers help me find what I needed. Also gave nice info about the bus system

Ali is great but there is no staff.and ali is rushing trying to do everything.the top managers need to be behind the counter for a week and work as ali does.you top knobs need to be realistic a pharmacy with no staff cannot run itself..customers do not need to be blind to see this
Terrible experience, medication wrong again and the woman serving me was completely rude and unprofessional! .using passive aggressive behaviour to me as i wasn't happy!!!....telling me i 'had a problem' and other sarcastic comments...hence i complained to head office but really superdrug need to do something about staff that have mental health issues and the effect it will have on customers!
