   KitchenSMART were such a joy to work with. Our kitchen was delivered and installed on time and exactly as promised. The attention to detail started with the design process, where every little item was considered and discussed, through to installation where the installers (Steve & Chris) ensured everything was perfect before completion. Communication was exceptional, the company really does focus on great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.    There are many Kitchen places in Milton Keynes to select from but those reviewing yet to start, i strongly recommend KitchenSMART as the first stop. You may have several others after, but you likely to come back to KitchenSMART. First of all, they extremely professional and welcoming. They are knowledgable and passionate about their work and the User Experience (us) is exceptional. I had a cradle to live with zero worries, the planning, listening, changes, costing.. is clear.. implementation is planned to a tee for execution and as a busy professional .. i wanted a hands off approach and i got that. Dan and Steve were brilliant to work with and I'm really pleased at the design, cost and implementation they provided that others would've not thought of. I recommend you visit their showroom and see their presentations.. very 1:1 and not pressured. The WHICH guarantee provides the reassurance that any issues are resolved.. they did that for me at a heartbeat. Having a kitchen supplier on your doorstep is priceless especially KitchenSMART. Well done David, Dan & Steve (fItter).. you really made my fitting seamless, zero stress and a high quality finish.. all the best

   Had an awesome experience with this company from start to finish. Dan was knowledgeable, responsive throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If there was ever a minor issue, a solution was always offered and it was quickly resolved. The original schedule set out for us went ahead as planned despite COVID restrictions and the fitters Mark and Steve worked hard and were very pleasant and professional. We spoke to many companies before deciding on KitchenSMART and I have absolutely no regrets in choosing them. Overall, we felt they offered the best value for money in terms of product and service. We absolutely love our new kitchen and I have already recommended the company to friends. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

   We are really pleased with our kitchen makeover. Within 2 weeks it was transformed from a tradition shaker style to a sleek glossy one. The whole KitchenSMART team were a pleasure to do business with and professional throughout. Initially we were looking to replace the old worktop with a quartz one and replace the worn cream shaker doors with new cream shaker doors. David was very patient helping us with this but also suggested that as we had had our old kitchen for 17 years we might like to end up with something different instead. He opened our eyes to the options available and as a result we have ended up with a completely transformed kitchen. Mark & Steve who fitted the kitchen units were great. They turned up on time, worked hard, did a quality job and made sure we were involved in any decisions that needed to be taken. They did encounter a couple of minor problems, but they came up with solutions which we were more than happy to agree. Before they left each day they made sure to tidy up. Barbara in the showroom was helpful and she kept us informed throughout the project. The contractors who David engaged to template and fit the worktops also did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the results. Once the makeover was completed, we decided we wanted the addition of glass splash-backs. David managed this on our behalf and again we are thrilled with the results. in addition to delivering a great service, all were very respectful and followed Covid guidelines

   I discovered KitchenSMART when I was looking at options for a kitchen makeover rather than a complete installation. So I asked them for 2 quotes, a makeover and a complete installation. In the end I decided to go for a completely new kitchen because my kitchen units were as tired as the doors and worktop! The new kitchen was about twice the price of the quoted makeover but well worth it. Both David and Daniel were very knowledgeable and I valued their experience and advice. There was only one issue during the installation the factory delivered one wrong cabinet. However, Daniel was quick to resolve the issue and actually went to the factory in Leicestershire to get the correct cabinet and personally bring it to my house. The installers Mark and Steve were polite and very competent and kept me informed throughout the installation. The standard or workmanship was excellent. I particularly like the worktop as the window sill where previously there were tiles, see photos. The blue is actually teal but my phone camera settings need adjustment! I'm very happy with KitchenSMART and my new kitchen!

   We had 3 kitchen designer/planning companies around to give us some ideas and quotes. We found David Ball from Kitchen Smart to be highly professional and his ideas and plans for our new kitchen were top notch! The planning and installation was managed precisely and the guys who fitted our new kitchen were polite and left the house tidy each night. We love our new trendy kitchen and cannot recommend David and Kitchen Smart enough! Emma & Paul Honey
