    Came there with something stuck in my eye, they straight up told me they don't have the time to look at it till September. Made even worse by the fact that the optician tried to be "helpful" and called other opticians in Swansea for me to ask if they are free, when she could literally just look into my eye instead.

    Normally long queues in this bustling city hospital. Nice friendly staff and lots of consultants on site. The department is clean and tidy.
