   Worst customer service ever! Purchased 3 tubs of paint today. Charged more than the price on the shelf. The lady who may have been the manager was so rude and told me we wouldn't be getting the paint for the price I said it was advertised at. I paid for it but went back to check. Upon seeing I was in fact correct, they sent another boy over who started taking all the labels off and telling me its been priced wrongly by THEIR staff and they don't legally have to sell it at the price they advertised. Absolutely disgusted by their service, you may be closing down but why treat a customer so badly for actually bring correct? Glad to say I refunded them all. I'd rather pay triple the price elsewhere. Hopefully you can improve your customer service skills at your next job - to the miserable looking old lady with the long hair and the boy who looked about 12 with glasses on. You have done Hombase no favours!

   Bought Dulux Silk Ivory Paint, Dulux Silk Jasmine White Paint, roller sets and brushes all in one large order from my local Homebase home delivery and arrived on time. I personally re-painted my hallway and upstairs landing walls and the colours had made an amazing positive Feng Shui difference and improved my writing and editing for my latest books. Dulux Silk Ivory Paint was a gorgeous cream colour with a hint of lemon yellow and when the sunlight had shone through the front door archway church windows, the whole corridor and upstairs had lit up like I was in heaven and just felt fantastic. Very happy customer of Homebase for my second interior redesign house renovations project. Now everyone was jealous that I had done everything so quickly in just a few hours when I was on pre-menstrual tension. I have put more than one coat of paint on another day so I was glad that I bought plenty of Dulux Silk Ivory paint from Homebase beforehand. Other bargains included these large storage baskets etc.

   Found on the Riverside retail park. Plenty of parking. Parking is free. It's a medium sized homebase. Trolleys on entrance including ones for wheelchairs. Nice home section, and a garden and outside maintenance section.. The carpet shop "tapi " also has a section within the shop. . currently plenty of offers available, and garden furniture has up to 50% off. Things aren't overpriced and there's plenty of bargains to be had. Till service was fast and efficient. I cannot fault this store and find it exceptionally good for homeware.

   The staff (if you can find them) are rubbish. Lazy, can’t be bothered attitude. I ended up finding what I needed on Amazon and I won’t be going back to Homebase ever again.

   Poorly managed branch. I did a click and collect for two garden pots. When I arrived at the branch, they weren’t ready. Waited ages then they brought out these filthy, cracked, battered, wet pots. When I asked if there was in damaged ones, they told me there wasn’t anymore (the website stated there were 4 more). Asked if the could discount because they were damaged, the manager didn’t even bother to view the damage, and just said she’d knock off £3 over the phone (the pots were £80). Really sloppy management, poor quality checking and severe lack of customer service skills.
