    I went to collect my medication. When I asked for it, I was first told it was not there and was sent back to my doctor. After I was given a barcode and returned, your staff then “magically” found the medication. At that point, I was told that I had already collected it. I explained very clearly that I had not, but the member of staff looked me in the eye and insisted that I had. I found this extremely frustrating, as I was effectively being called a liar. In the end, I was sent back to my doctor again for a new prescription. Not only was this a huge inconvenience as I was at the pharmacy for an hour! but it is also extremely worrying. If my medication has been given to someone else in error, this is a serious breach of safety. Your staff need training, they are absolutely useless.

    Always along wait for the prescription even if you give them two days to ready it. If the order is incomplete they done tell you. Then there is the statutory twenty minutes to check your prescription. It's quicker for me to drive past them and go to Tesco at Holmbush, my prescription is always ready ( they text me ) hardly any waiting and drive home.

    Absolutely appalled by the way this pharmacy is being managed. The decision by the area manager to force the pharmacist to leave, rather than supporting them, shows a complete disregard for the community. The last pharmacist was always knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It’s a shame to see such an essential service disrupted due to poor management decisions. I hope the head office takes note and starts prioritising the needs of their customers and staff.

    Disgusting customer service and incorrect information!!! In complete shock after the way the pharmacist and 2 members of staff treated me over the phone today. Understand staff are stressed but no need to take it out on their customers who are just trying to understand what risks/side effects medication may have. Was so impressed by this pharmacy when i first started going but since a change of staff the last couple of years its just gone downhill. Every time I'm there I see people complaining and staff have zero empathy or compassion for the customers. People are ill and need help.. not to be treated so poorly and make stressful times even worse. Do better.. horrible way to treat people.

    My partner and I went for our flu vaccinations. It probably was not the pharmacy's fault that we had to wait 30 minutes, as they said they're did not have anyone booked in for flu jabs today (two other people also arrived expecting this service). The male pharmacist who did both our vaccinations was abrupt and questioned my partners right to be there, even though they had received notification from our G.P. surgery due to being on immune suppressant medication. He then stated that the medication wasn't classed as this! All information given by G.P., specialists and online state that it is . This is very worrying! Will book at another pharmacy in future.

    Booked my flu jab here as this was nearest place. Travelled for 45 minutes to get here, to be told we ran out of flu-jabs for your age and to reschedule. Then had to travel for 45 minutes to get home. Took up the whole afternoon. They couldn't be bothered to message me and let me know.

    Really gone down hill lately. Last 3 orders have been wrong. Also, please, please please tell your hundreds of OAPS and non-working single mums etc to collect their prescriptions during the day and leave after 5pm for us workers!!! They have all day, we don't. Ridiculous and now a very shoddy service.

    Every time my husband or I use this pharmacy we are ignored by the staff. On my last visit the staff even served the man who was behind me in the queue and then I was told to wait (by the person serving even though she had finished the other person)until a new member of staff came into work, all while the other 5 members of staff in the dispensing area ignored me. I've also found that they won't do anything about our prescriptions until we go in and ask for them. This wouldn't be so bad, but they nearly always have to order the items in and don't do this until we've asked, as our prescriptions are sent automatically by the doctor we have to go in and ask for them to action the script then go back several days later to pick up. Which defeats the point of the GP sending it on.
