   Went in the store in town today at 14.35 disgusted by the sevice at the youngerster with dark and tattoo and her neck her collegue ask about something for the till she went over to speak to her collegue . The is disgusting service from this member of staff. Wont ever go in this store again ... !!!

   Very nice new store with a wide range of products. It's cheap but without sacrificing quality in the toys and electronics I've brought. The food range doesn't seem to quite fit everything you might want from a convenience store, but there are some nice things there. The checkouts can be very busy with long queues at peak times.

   Had what I needed. Prices are not bad. For those with sensory issues, navigating around the store can be a bit confusing. High shelves and narrow isles. Other than that, the check out lady was very friendly and courteous. Not ideal for a big shopping spree due to the town centre location. It may prove a challenge for some when lugging shopping to the nearby car park. Disability parking bays are approx 100m away.

   I knew what I wanted and went straight to pick-it-up in the pet's section. When I went to pay, there was a long queue, but people were understanding and the cashier was really nice. She had a big smile on her face, helped customers put their shopping in their carrier bags and wished us a Merry Christmas as we finished paying.

   Great selection of products, reasonable prices, sometimes the queues will be quite long but that isn't their fault, I understand that self checkouts etc are expensive. Good security (many cameras and guards) and there are commonly reductions and deals on common items like drinks, spread, beauty products etc. Great supermarket and definitely recommend.

   Superb location for a big store right in city centre. Great size of store with two storeys. Clean n tidy. Shelves full of stock with all kinds stuff u need for ur home from kitchen to bath, sitting room to bedroom, dining room to garden. Nice addition in city centre BUT just they’re running store with one till open. Long queue same like Lidl or Poundland. Lift is not working so all the old people using stairs which is not god for pushchair, wheelchair or any other person who need to use lift. All the heavy stuff is upstair mean u have to carry it down urself by stairs. When I request to a manger, can u open another till please. Sorry no staff, even more than 8 staff were busy in filling shelves but they don’t bothered who are already there to buy that stuff. Now a days companies are opening stores one by one for getting more business n customers but they don’t bother to give good customer service. Shame
