Repeatedly disappointing service from staff who are either incompetent, or dishonest, or both. Avoid at all costs.

Such great customer service. I took my dad here whilst we were on a walk as his eye looked infected. Sophie the pharmacist was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and really took time to look at the eye and give the right advice. The other staff were so lovely and they were all incredibly patient. I honestly think this was the best pharmacy/health guidance I've ever experienced. Thank you!
Very disappointed with the pharmacist at this branch. Have just called to check a discrepancy with blister pack medication for one of our home care clients to be told "I'm just a carer" clearly does not understand the importance of the role we have in the community and no respect. Shame on you
I went to Bakhai to get some last minute travel vaccines and they got me all sorted within a week! I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for such knowledgeable and excellent service, I will definitely be coming back for further vaccines!
