   Am no longer getting my prescriptions through boots in Lancing. They never had anything on time, even when going for antibiotics for a chest infection I was having to wait 2-3 working days; which if it fell over a weekend was even longer and then when I did manage to get what I needed the woman behind the counter was consistently rude, abrupt and often sarcastic. There are far better pharmacies in Lancing - so would strongly recommend looking else where.

   It’s a 1 because I can’t do zero! Worst Boots ever visited! After being referred here by 111 I then had the displeasure of dealing with the rudest and most condescending excuse of a pharmacist ever! Go to lions farm, go to Worthing. Go anywhere that doesn’t require ever having to deal with this pharmacist!! Complaint made to 111 and complaint made to boots.

   Last time I went in I was the only customer there but was ignored for ages as the 3 staff at the health counter were all too busy to even acknowledge me. When one finally did he was miserable and disinterested, if you don't like your job or dealing with people then maybe change career. This time a sign on the door saying closed today if you need your prescription knock and we will give it to you to take elsewhere. I then had to debate on the doorstep as was told I had already collected some which I hadn't, finally agreed. Have just changed my nominated pharmacy .

   Extremely rude lady serving. Wouldn't take my prescription as the pharmacist wasn't back from lunch till 14.10. I mean what is the world coming too. You can't get a doctor's appointment and now it's impossible to get a prescription. I expected more from boots tbh. Either they can't hire good staff or they don't care about customer service. Waited 20 minutes till pharmacist was back to be told out of stock. What a joke, lady serving could of at least checked so I could of gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time.

   Unfortunately i had a very bad experience with a lady called Cheryl,very rude moody not professional at all,seemed bored in front of the computer when I was asking her details about my prescription and especially due to my language barrier I felt very embarrassed as she was bothered whe I made a lot of questions

   I came here for an emergency prescription through the nhs 111. I called multiple times for over 30 minutes because the nhs service advises you to but I couldn’t get any answer. I went to the pharmacy and explained how I came there because I am awaiting an emergency prescription and that I had tried to call and there was no answer and the lady didn’t listen to me and told me to call 111 for an emergency prescription which I had already done. I then went through to show proof that I had contacted the nhs service. The staff didn’t know what to do about this. I got my prescription but I had to wait an hour. I am never using this pharmacy again. Staff were rude and not caring at all!

   What a wonderful team there is at Lancing Boots Pharmacy, from the lady behind the counter the pharmacist to the lady called Jill behind the counter serving. What a wonderful team of caring people, nothing is too much bother and they go out of their way to help and assist you. A************ A massive THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT LANCING BOOTS.

   What a disappointing dingy shop Hardly any Christmas stock and when I asked a boxed gift the lady behind the counter was not interested and new nothing about the product. Will go further afield and shop in another boots store, Lyons farm bright welcoming store and happy interested staff. When local shops are closing down staff and decor stock etc need to be a cut above the rest otherwise like me people will shop elsewhere.
