   Took an oven to this place,Ace Repairs,and paid the £20 non returnable inspection fee. Informed by staff that the parts needed where no longer available. I popped into office to collect the oven and as I'd enquired the price,and told they could supply me a new oven for £300. As I was in Moulton Park i visited a friend at PC Supplies who said he could have a quick look. So,all parts are available from Ebay and other suppliers online. I purchased both elements and a replacement bulb for £30 and Paul replaced these in 45mins. Oven working on every setting,in every way. Can you tell me how this is a good service/company policy?????? When I used to work at the garage that serviced and fixed all of your vehicles I ensured at all times that any work was only necessary,you where always informed of problems and costs and I made sure vehicles back and ready for Mondays after fixing,servicing or MoT testing your fleet and personal cars. I have,until now,suggested your business on social media platforms and by word of mouth so you can expect a full reversal of this. My advice to anybody thinking of using this Company is look elsewhere.

   Once I rang an engineer came within two days and confirmed the element in my main oven had broken. He returned a couple of days later at a day that suited me and fixed the oven and replaced the door seal. All for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend d this company. Both the engineer and staff answering the phone were very friendly and professional Great Customer service which is a rarity these days. Kaye Wellingborough.

   So glad I used Ace. Adrian fixed my oven. No fuss, just polite, friendly and arrived when he said he would. Completely reliable. Very fairly priced too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Excellent service with a very friendly, helpful and professional engineer who repaired my dishwasher. Couple of days later dishwasher had a separate issue and engineer returned and fixed it for no cost. Brilliant experience and I would definitely use Ace services again! Staff on the phone also very helpful in booking my appointments.

   Unfortunately had reason to call Ace out re a microwave then an oven, if only other companies doing similar things could be like Ace, not only have they done a great job but they are always looking for the most cost effective way of solving the problem, added to this, whoever you deal with in the company they are always extremely polite and very friendly...........A Gem!
