Booked a birthday party for 22 kids plus a few young-at-heart parents. It was absolute chaos in the best possible way, and everyone had a fantastic time. The party room was great. Clean, spacious, and well-equipped with toilets, a sink, a microwave, and plenty of seating for refreshments between games. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating. They supported the more nervous younger players and shared plenty of laughs with the older kids, which made the whole experience even better. While the guns and packs were a little big for some of the smaller children but they were still able to take part and have a great time. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and a great place for a party.

We held my daughters 11th birthday party here, 14 girls all had great fun, Danny was a very patient host, directing the sessions well. He deserves a medal (or at least some ear defenders!) Booking was easy, the meal area was clean and they thought of the small things like offering a knife for the cake just in case we had forgotten it. They don't provide food but there are many places nearby and the venue are happy for you to buy elsewhere and bring it in. I went just before the second game and returned with food just as they were ready to sit down. Afterwards, a pound each for the 2p machines in the Mint downstairs kept them amused and safely together as they waited for parents to arrive. Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon. Oh, and of course I had to join in the first game, just to check it was ok.

Went on whim on Sunday evening (25 May 2025) as a small group of lads (aged 11-51!) and had a great time. The staff (Lea?) was really lovely and a great introduction to the place. I haven't done laser tag in many, many years but this was as great fun as I can remember in an absolutely huge arena. Beware, the blue energiser is impossible to find! The youngest enjoyed it so much he wanted to go back again the next day (26 May) this time with the rest of the family (including two 6 year olds and quite a nervous 9 year old). The place was again absolutely brilliant, telling us when it would be best to come to get the area to ourselves (which we did) and also happily agreeing to let us play with the lights on to help the younger ones. At this point extra special thanks need to go to the lovely young lad who was overseeing our game (Finlay or Finley) - he's a credit to the venue and went absolutely out of his way to make the 9 year old feel comfortable. We managed to persuade her in although she was in floods of tears, Finlay tried everything to make her happy, even singing and dancing! He was so clearly on it that he knew exactly where she was when started feeling more comfortable and brought her a vest and gun. After that we couldn't stop her and she wanted to go straight back in, which we'll have to do next time we're in Yarmouth. Thanks Finlay!

very fun experience with large groups! amazing if you have 6+ people, going with randoms though is a bit of hit-or-miss. fun, engaging and immersive, this place gets you ready to blast some people with the armory. the smoke machines are intense but amazing! game-modes are lacking though, only 1-2 game-modes!?!? recommend for large-scale groups or for parties.

Fantastic day out, my son had he's 13th party here and we hired the function room too, the staff made it entertaining and we was also able to bring a Buffett in the function room. Everyone enjoyed themselves and would go back again.

Had an awesome time playing laser quest, ended up with quite a few people playing. It was huge, and literally took it to another level (2 floors). There’s tonnes of obstacles and loads of fun to be had. At £8 for two games it’s pretty good value.
