   Ruth was amazing! She kindly asked if we needed any help, and we sat down with her to explain our plans for our living space. She took the time to listen, answered all our questions about Next products, and gave us really helpful advice thanks to her extensive knowledge. We’ve decided to decorate our entire living room with Next furniture because we think it offers a great balance of quality and price, and Ruth helped us choose exactly the pieces we needed and wanted.

   My wife and I would like to voice our appreciation to the Manager and Staff on the Furniture Department Milton Keynes. We had a few issues with our order, which were dealt with by the staff and particularly the Manager in the Milton Keynes Branch. Also Elaine on customer service, at the end, once all furniture was delivered. We would have no concerns buying any items from this store, as the customer service from the Branch was second to none. We will be highly recommending anyone to shop at this Branch..Paula

   Easily found off of the main road. Parking is free for up to 3 hours . A large next home selling alot of things including larger furniture which can be ordered in store. You can also apply for interest free credit. A new Laura Ashley section can be found at the back with furniture to order and different fabrics available. There's a Costa in store too, with a seating area and toilets. You can also collect online orders here and the process is quick and simple. A LARGE diffuser and candle section enough to keep your house smelling fresh. Children's section is upstairs along with some child clothes. You can also get some bargains with ex display models. This is a dog FRIENDLY store. Staff were friendly, helpful, and till service was fast and efficient. I cannot fault this store and find it to be one of the best Next's in the area for homeware. To note.... im very happy with my new Hamish cow purchase.... !!

   Rooksley Next impressed me with its diverse range of ceiling lights, home decor items, and plant offerings. The presence of Costa Coffee adds an extra touch of convenience and makes it a one-stop destination for both shopping and relaxation. If you're in the area and in need of some inspiration for your home, I highly recommend paying a visit to Rooksley Next. I never notice it being busy on top.

   Awful. Do not buy anything online for collection. I ordered 2 jumpers, 2 shirts and a tee. They all came in a week apart. The queue is ridiculous. I had to queue up 5 times for 5 items. Utter idiots.

   Staff are always available, helpful and friendly. Well managed and well stocked. The store itself is very clean and if the item you are looking for isn't in store then the staff go above and beyond to try to get it for you from other stores etc. I always go there as the quality is good and reasonably priced and I generally find everything I am looking for. I highly recommend this store.

   I love Next, nothing is ever too much trouble. The items are generally good quality and if you find contrary they do not quibble about returns. We purchased a number of different lights for our home and we are really pleased with all of them. They look great, are sturdy and are relatively easy to install. Highly recommended
