   04/12/2024 Investment in HJ kitchen is a very high risk and I am very much worried as we are already invested and not sure how long this company will survive. Current status of the company in the gov.uk website is showing 'Liquidation' and a long time "Account Overdue" - Next accounts made up to 31 December 2022, due by 31 December 2023, Last accounts made up to 31 December 2021. Looks like this company is a shrinking ship and after 9 months of installation, after so much trouble, multiple issues yet to be fixed in our kitchen. HJ kitchen is a very ordinary kitchen whereas we have paid a premium price and it was a blunder decision by choosing Harvey Jones kitchen. 16/04/2024 Forwarded our case to the CEO of the company more than a week back and based on the CEO's response Senior Head of Production and Commercial Director will look into the issues and come back to us. Today's response from the customer relationship manager is very disappointing once again because the Commercial director is out of business. So far, kitchen is not yet complete, current delay is 10 weeks from the actual completion date, so many fundamental design and solution issues there like freestanding appliances units just disaster, bin unit under the sink is completely lost even after so many requirement/design discussions, glass dresser unit doors are something trial and error and a complete mess after multiple attempts to rectify, kitchen is not an operational kitchen, quality of the finishes are not up to the mark and the customer handling even from the top management is highly disappointing. A portion of our payment is not yet refunded and our kitchen investment is at a high risk. Feels like this company is in a state of alarm. 08/04/2024 Close to one month since my last feedback and still our kitchen is not yet finished. No deadline of completion after 2 months delay and there are so many fundamental issues to be resolved. Now they are trying to deliver a few bespoke solutions especially with the existing appliances and the bin location under the sink. After the design and technical survey it was agreed and then they made so many mistakes and now are trying not to deliver those parts. We are in a trap and after taking full payment they are countering with lame excuses. Don't place your order with full payment and try to avoid this company (they are a very ordinary kitchen company and solution). 12/03/2024 Don't buy HJ kitchen because there are several issues currently ongoing with our kitchen installation and with this company. 1) this company is in Administration 2) premium price average quality kitchen 3) claim on bespoke kitchen is a farce 4) so many mistake made in design, manufacturing, actual fittings and even in fundamentals 5) poor quality compliance 6) people involved in the process are not competent 7) more than 5 weeks completion delay and so many issue yet to be resolved (no deadline) 8) multiple operational issues in bespoke cabinets and mechanism (some of them not fixable because those have fundamental issues) 9) Full payment paid in advance and looks like loose our money and fully working kitchen not be delivered; it is going to be a massive and costly compromise for us

   I passed by the Milton Keynes showroom today as hoping to buy a doer upper property in the next few months and just wanted to understand the market a bit more. Came into the showroom with no expectations but wow it was a great experience! We spoke with a lady called Hagar who answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and knows so much about the industry. Definitely a company I'll consider once we are in our doer upper home!
