   "I had the pleasure of visiting Magnet Kitchen recently, and I just want to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Grant. From the very beginning, he listened carefully to what I was looking for and made the whole process stress-free. His product knowledge was excellent — he explained the options clearly without any pressure, and his suggestions were spot on. What really stood out, though, was the extra effort he put in. Grant went above and beyond to make sure I left confident in my choices, and it felt like he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me rather than just making a sale. That kind of attitude is rare, and it made my experience much better than I expected. If Magnet Kitchen had more staff like Grant, the place would be unbeatable.
