What a disgrace of a place. Booked in September for a Christmas work do. 9 of us. Firstly, we weren’t seated together, the toilets were disgusting, there was one member of staff serving everyone so it took over an hour to get our first drink. We were told that the menu we booked and paid for wasn’t what we were getting and the drinks were served in glasses with lipstick stains. One singer was rude to one of our parties and we so disgusted we left before getting the meal. They told us to go through our card company to get a refund which we tried but couldn’t do. I wish I had read the reviews before we booked.

I booked Haus of Caberet (Brighton) for our Christmas Party this year, back in September. We paid £40 in a taxi to get to the venue, plus over £150 for two of us to go, to discover when we got there that it was closed - so another £40 to get us back to where we came from. All money, wasted. We had no confirmation of this, and had even received our menu choices just 5 days prior. We placed our order, got a confirmation...and then today, I receive an email asking if we had a good time and asking me to leave a review on Trip Advisor!! We bumped into two other parties who turned up for the dinner/show. One couple who had booked through First Table, and another party who had travelled down to Brighton from Liverpool for a hen do - all left disappointed. We all tried calling, but the phone just went to voicemail. No emails have been answered, nor have they responded on social media. I honestly cannot believe that a legitimate business with two venues (one of which a friend of mine has previously been to and had a great time!) can get away with this. Looking at their Google reviews, this has happened frequently over the last couple of months with no-one seemingly able to get their money back. Appalled, disappointed, and generally sad for anyone else who has this experience.

AVOID!! We have no experience to share! We waited outside for an hour last night. There was no notification of cancellation and they have our £300! I would be wary if you have a planned up coming booking! We did however go to The Bristol pub across the road where we had a lovely meal with our friends. The staff said this is a very common occurrence.

Absolutely shocking ! Price was extremely high so was expecting a decent meal … went home hungry after being served what I would call a joke ! 8 people in our group and not one meal was eaten ! Young lady came to serve us , who couldn’t answer our questions because it was her first night …. 10 mins into her shift she walked out. Waited a long time for drinks after this. Entertainment was OK but not great. At the end £130 was added to the bill for an entertainment fee !! After paying £63 for the ticket we asked for this to be removed. I would not recommend this night to anyone ! A real let down

Truly amazing and very seductive place to go out for a special occasion to say the least. We were extremely well looked after from start to finish with regards to our table area as well what we had ordered for dinner. I was approached outright by sales rep (Daniele) who was extremely attentive and made our booking really easy to handle. We had a lovely experience at the Haus Of Cabaret and highly recommend it as certainly something worth considering if your visiting Brighton for the weekend! Always check to see what acts are on for that particular showing as well.

A fantastic establishment, had the chef table deal, pricey but worth it, very much looked after throughout the night and kept looked after. We had the 10 course tasting menu, the chef came to the table with each dish to present what was being served, a very nice touch The show is fantastic. We went to the Cabaret show and was full of entertainment and fun and excitement. I would recommend this as a great evening of entertainment, you won't be disappointed. My only problem is paying 15pc on top of what we have already paid... This is absolutely ridiculous..... Not a fan of this

Amazing food, service and endless entertainment! Complements to the stunningly dressed and attentive waitresses, hostess with Mostest Dolly, all the cast and crew and chef! I highly recommend this show with a well deserved 5/5 star rating! Haven’t had such fun since pre covid era!!! Wow wow wow!!!

What an amazing show ! We were there with friends during a Saturday afternoon for a show with lunch Staff are so friendly and nice Delicious cocktails and free cosmopolitan drinks serve a lot of time The show was amazing with 6 different characters with 4 different passages during the show Jamies the youngest of this team sings incredibly well and is very talented The building is just amazing who can guess that inside is totally surprising !

Highs: Went here for a Christmas meal and cabaret show. Felt very well cared for. The food and cocktails were really delicious for the price and the venue is beautiful - the exterior of the building is very unassuming but the manager designed the interior in a classically decadent style so it is like stepping back in time! - Every staff member got a Covid test beforehand and even though they were short 11 staff after that, they still put on a brilliant adult friendly show with lip syncing, singing and even stripping. The outfits and performance quality were great. Lows: - The host performer, though a brilliant singer, could have created a more charismatic character to entertain us with. - The organisation is managed centrally by an office in London, and seems like they don't update or check the ticket booking system regularly. We had some confusion with the tickets because of this, unfortunately we arrived at the venue on the wrong day only to find it closed, but the manager was very understanding of the problem and looked after us. She let us transfer our tickets and approached us personally at the event to say hello.
