The place is extremely unsafe. A stranger entered the property while I was alone, and he was walking around near my apartment door, which terrified me. I contacted the police, and they came immediately. I left the apartment right away because the place is very, very unsafe. The building also looks strange from the outside and is very cramped inside. The bed was dirty, stained, and not clean at all.

Great stay for a central pied à terre in Swansea. Not insta flawless decor but great for a visit to friends in a city full of life by the sea. We had a studio with bathroom, kitchen, fast Internet, tv and free parking. For an affordable rate. A real gem. We were in easy reach of mumbles and the gower too!

Great support from Management Team. We got some kitchenwares issue. They came with replacement less than half and hour. Rooms are good size for family of 3. Beds are a bit softfy but it is okay. We surely will come back.

I had a great stay at the Copper House. The location may seem a bit off in the beginning but you’ll fit right in within a day or two. I stayed here for two weeks on business and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff reply and address your concerns within seconds. Lauren and Sharon took care of most of my bookings and they were absolutely lovely. I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s safe and very well maintained. Very accommodating for a solo female traveller as well.

Very nice service, great location with shops and Bus stops nearby, the rooms were clean but a little bit minimalist. But with everything we needed for our stay :) the bed was a bit uncomfortable due to the size (for us it was a little bit too small for 2 people) and the mattress had Not so Good quality. But all in all we were very happy to stay here, we had a nice contact with the copper house team and i don‘t think it was too loud, and if so you can get free earplugs at the entrance. But the loud trains will not drive at night ;)

Terrible! Save your self the hassle and go any where else, they charge a £150 deposit but the rooms are trashed already we weren't even in the property longer that 20 minute and had to leave! Very unprofessional and the standards were shocking. There is a railway track on either side and also a busy main road that you can hear even with the windows shut. There was urine all over the toilet seat and the room was badly damaged. Luckily they offered me a full refund if we left and cancelled with in the hour.

Found that the place was modern yet cosy. The building was quiet and the stay was relaxing. Rooms were well presented and had a good supply of kitchen equipment to make the best of the stay. The location is convenient with plenty of places to get food or go shopping. Its also very close to the city centre and easy to journey. Very much enjoyed our stay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place STEALS from their customers. I tested positive for covid 4 days before arriving to copper house so I could not travel to the UK. Their cancellation policy states no refund past 14 days prior to your stay. This is incredibly outdated and absurd considering we’re in the midst of a pandemic. I’ve never even written a google review but I had to for this place. I showed up to the hotel when I recovered from covid and had to call and ask to speak in person with management. No one was on site and sure enough, management works remotely. Then they tell me that I should’ve bought travel insurance and it’s my fault for not doing so. Covid is an extenuating circumstance. I could have been hospitalized or passed away and yet they steal over $600 from me rather than returning my money, offering a voucher or date change. They must have collected thousands of dollars from people like me who got sick or had another extenuating circumstance and couldn’t make their reservation. The location is absolutely terrible and management is careless. I’m pretty sure what they are doing is illegal as well. According to the uk.gov website, covid is an extenuating circumstance and should be eligible for a full refund. Good luck explaining that to this thieving establishment.

Property was extremely noisy as it’s situated right next to a busy main road and right next to a railway bridge with no double glazing. We were only able to check in from 4pm and made to check out at 10am. Asked in plenty of time for a later check out, each time refused even for an additional half an hour as we had a five hour journey home. Advised the cleaners would be there at 10am, no one was there when we put our luggage in the car at 10:28! It got to this time by the time we picked up our car which we had to park away from the property as there was only 3 parking slots and no info on alternative solutions. If you’re literally staying to sleep then it’s ok, but bring ear plugs as road traffic and pigeons nesting under the bridge will keep you awake!
