Came here for a cocktail afternoon tea to celebrate birthdays/engagement. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Even decorated our table for us after I had informed them of our engagement. Food and drink was fab, but atmosphere was a let down due to it being afternoon. Music was good, but although there was barely anyone in we were placed on a small table next to the toilet. Not a table I would have chosen, especially for a celebration. The table looked beautiful, but was so full of glitter etc that there was not much room for our afternoon tea and drinks, a slighty larger table would have been better, especially with all the decorations on it. Can't fault the staff for service and friendliness, and food drinks were also lovely. Would definitely go back, was just a shame on the 2 parts mentioned (ie, small table and next to toilet).. Otherwise the waiter tried to make it a lovely occasion with his imaginative decorations. Maybe just a little more thought is needed when it is so quiet to keep people on tables big enough for what they are having, and not near the toilet. 3 star is for this and the atmosphere, as there was none, could be due to the time of day thought it was 2.30pm onwards (afternoon tea)

Nice service and staff but food was garbage, this is supposed to be a pizza? Rank! Burnt to a crisp. For Β£15! Reply to your question: we were there yesterday, 31st May between 1315 and 1415 according to my google maps. There was a staff member in a grey suit sat using a PC on the right as you walk in, there was also a girl (may have been a boy??) with a black cap on backwards serving oir table too. There was one other table occupied, so not exactly understaffed. I was given the same type pizza but smaller to compensate for half the burnt original one. By the time it came my appetite had gone down the pan, so they boxed it for me. We ended up giving it to a street beggar. We should have read your reviews before going in, we assumed it would be as good as other Cuban Style bars.....wrong.

Great location, we went for a hen party, cocktail making experience was fab we had a great time and the staff were lovely the girl teaching us how to make the cocktails was so nice very attentive and good fun , unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down , Steer away from The Halloumi Asian salad and cheese cake in a mug! The waitress noticed that our salad was not edible and she gave us a free round of shots to compensate which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend the cocktail making experience.

I went for a bottomless brunch with some friends on Saturday, really great atmosphere. Music was at a good volume, loud enough that everyone could sing along and dance. I couldn't drink, and the mocktail options were good! Came out looking nice and had enough options to not get bored of any drinks and didn't feel left out, ordering something new each time. My friend's drinks with the different vodkas didn't look as fancy, same glass each time with just different colours. Service was good because they let you order more than one drink per visit so we weren't left waiting too long. I was surprised they didn't like quite a few of the flavours, said that some of them tasted quite bitter. But luckily the staff would happily let you order more so you didn't have to drink them. Food was great, everyone enjoyed it and we all had different options. The only thing that I felt was slightly unfair was that drinking non alcoholic drinks all night costs the same price, I think those that can't drink but still want to join in with the fun could pay slightly less. I'd go back for the atmosphere to start a night off with fun vibes.

Came for a hen do, cocktail was a nice experience. Wish we hadn't stayed for the food, cold meals, rude staff, took a while to get food. Even had to complain. Manager was accommodating.

Made a booking for a large group in advance for a birthday bottomless brunch. I had also placed a deposit down for the occasion just for the booking to be cancelled 3 days before with no excuse or reason whatsover. Absolute joke ruined the occasion as it was too late to find somethig elsewhere. Go elsewhere if you want your booking not to be worthless and your event ruined. Joke of a company.

I attended a "Masterclass for mixology (Cocktail Crafting)" and was taught by Tom. The lesson was around 2 hours and within that duration we made about 15 drinks, played games and laughed lots! Tom made the lesson relaxed and entertaining. The bar/restaurant itself was quirky and contemporary. As expected, as it was a Sunday, it was quiet and perfect for our class- definitely want to return on a day where there is more atmosphere within the bar! We ordered food after our class and was satisfied with the quality and pleasantly surprised with the range of meals, sides and of course drinks. I highly reccomend the class and bar/restaurant to anyone passing by and/or looking for a new place to try! Many thanks to Tom and the waiters, who were all friendly, approachable and that made an evening of birthday celebrations memorable.

i came to visit here with my family on my birthday just for some light drinks. the service was spot on; we were greeted by the manager who was head of organising table placements and time management per party - to ensure social distancing & hygiene was adhered to. we had a little bit of trouble with the β€˜Rev’ app, but the waiter came to our table and helped us to no end. our drinks & food came out swiftly afterwards, all of them tasting amazing (especially the Zombie cocktail). we also ordered a β€˜stack of six’ however one of the flavours we wanted (birthday cake) hadn’t been in stock so they replaced it with 2 free shots which i thought was absolutely lovely. the atmosphere was a little loud, but what else did we expect for a saturday afternoon !! all in all, a lovely place & kudos to the staff :)
