   A wprl in progress. Room on the front very noisy with traffic outside. Work needed on colour co ordination in the room clean and staff were eager to please. Keys didn't work so difficult to get in the place.

   Friendly welcome and nice breakfast among interesting fellow guests but not great value by comparison with other Swansea guest houses. I'm afraid this was one of the least clean and comfortable rooms I've stayed in.

   The guesthouse is dirty and smelly. The only person who was looking after the place was wearing dirty clothes. But at least I didn't see any bed bugs. I couldn't eat breakfast there because of the awful smell and dirt. No toiletries provided except a towel

   I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here especially at winter times. Radiators are not working properly and not warming up the room. Shared bathroom and toilet, room sink blocked. Cooked brebreakfast is lovely. Charlie the owner is very nice.

   Truong is efficient and helpful but the building it is not at his level. Anyway the room is comfortable enough and in London it would cost no less than 40£. Ideal for a short stay. Toilets and bathroom although shared were clean. I guess that it may be one of the best in this street. I would suggest if possible try to offer better prices when booked in advance as there are other better hotels which 4 weeks ahead offer the same rate than the sandpiper. That is the reason why I will not repeat.
