I grew up in Mumbles but now without family in the area, I needed a home base for a recent trip. My stay at Langland Road B&B was perfect! David and Giles were extremely hospitable and I couldn’t have asked for more. The whole place was clean, cozy and so comfortable. The apple tree outside was a gorgeous touch. Loved it.
Stayed twice now and just brilliant left to your own devices and breakfast just right, apparently you can buy those sausages in m and s.don’t book the courtyard room though it’s mine shower is funky and it certainly wakes you up.simply a great place to stay, those boys have it just right
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Room was very clean, had all we needed and the bed was very comfy! Great location for a stroll down to the front where we had a choice of places to sit outside for dinner or a drink in the sunshine. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful! We had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Fabulous B&B in superb location, handy for shops and other amenities and walking distance to Mumbles beautiful beaches and promenade. David and Giles were very welcoming and attentive hosts, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Room and en-suite were spotless and the bed was so comfy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were refreshed daily and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Visited with my sister and received a warm welcome on arrival. The room had everything we required and was really well presented. It was lovely having an ensuite too. The hosts were really attentive during breakfast and I couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely visit again.
Stayed for just one night in this lovely, welcoming B&B. We enjoyed watching Notting Hill from their DVD selection in our cosy room! The bathroom was huge!! We also really enjoyed the full english breakfast - so delicious. Thank you so much. x

Excellent property in a lovely place, very comfortable and spacious room, was extremely easy to check in and all information was given, welcoming pack in room which gives maps and restaurant menus for the local area. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating, you have a key for both your room and front door so can come and go as you please , breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices and full breakfast cooked fresh and good quality.would definitely go back.
Over night stay.... PERFECT sleep & what a treat of a breakfast... Arrived for A family catch up over the jubilee... This is a fantastic B and B. In past trips its always been fully booked. So this holiday we was delighted to get the opportunity to stay Room5 Was at the top of the house... Graceful decoration. Bed was very comfy and linens highest quality... so Our sleep was deep and restful. Ensuite shower room & toilet was modern Impeccably clean right the way through. The breakfast ingredients all highest quality.... delightful... we've been keeping to Meatless May...so it was a heavenly treat to get a tasty breakfast to indulge in, by the way... there's a veggie option. It's close to everything in Mumbles... I'd rebook The B & B on any forthcoming trips for sure, we vacation in the Mumbles area 2 to 3 times a year. So yes recommending on trip advisor. (We always use trip advisor and google to help us book trips away... accommodation & restaurant etc. ENJOY you will By the way... I'm fussy... this ticks all the boxes
