A rude female staff member who was very unfriendly refused to help my partner and made him feel like an inconvenience for asking for help. She had him doing the run around looking for another staff member that wasn't even about which also had us waiting a long time for someone to get us a prize that was stuck. Completely ruined the experience.

I asked a staff member if they knew where the nearest ATM was and their response was "in town" I said I didn't see any annd the response was "there's plenty of banks in town!" I explained I'd driven around looking for one and I only saw the old Barclays and I hadn't seen anything. She just huffed at me and dismissed me with a hand gesture and said "there's plenty in town!" Safe to say I didn't spend any money there, and I walked through town and found a cash point next to the old Barclays. All she had to say was there was one there. Really disappointed in the attitude of the staff member and was unable to enjoy going to the arcade.

What more can you ask for from a seaside arcade plenty of 2p machines amongst other arcade games and also plenty of adult focused slots & other machines. Young gentleman working was a credit to the place always happy to help with any issues and the machines were bursting with prizes!

I love this arcade the staff are so friendly and helpful there's always someone around if you need any assistance. My kids always win something from the 2p machines even with only spending a couple of £'s.

Just amusements & pub with cafe & good fish & chips. Watch the seagulls if eating outside. They do like chips & will swoop down & steal them if your not looking.

The South Pier offers fish and chips, beer, arcade games, ice cream, and a classical Grecian statue. There are plenty of benches outside overlooking the North Sea, and many traditional seaside stalls can be found along the adjacent promenade.

We went on the beach it was absolutely beautiful. Lowestoft Beach is a credit to the council who looks after it and maintain it throughout the winter.
