Very big shop. Can be busy on match days but well staffed to deal with it.

We were very disappointed with the access to this shop for older/disabled patrons who are also long time and loyal members of this club. We arranged to take some older members for a shopping day only to arrive and find no access to disabled parking anywhere close to the store. When we enquired with the person on the gate we were advised we could have arranged a cart online but he could not arrange anything with him on the day .. none of these people had access to online .. a very sad reflection of how the club is treating older members.

New 'Terrace' at The Amex. Excellent job done by BHA. Online ordering app really easy to use- quick and tasty food at concessions. Plenty of bar options for beer, busy !

The actual Superstore shop is marvellous. Excellent customer service. Five stars. Really enjoy the quality of the merch outside the kit. Did a click and collect at the Churchill Square and the polar opposite was true, I felt unwelcome and as if I had intruded into a clique who was sniggering at me. Even asked about club member’s 10% days, the manger just shrugged and said he didn’t know.

The shop was lovely, but the stocks were very low. Many sizes were missing, in fact we only found one thing to buy in a large size though many 3XL!! The staff were very helpful and the walk back into town was envigorating. We wandered around outside the stadium. It was fun.

Huge store with excellent variety of club merchandise including shirt printing and item personalisation. Lots of tills to manage queues and demand on match days, a shame to see that they charge for the use of carrier bags.

What a great venue. First visit so had no idea what to expect. Lots of public transport access by both train and bus, however Car parking is problematical. Easy to navigate, lots of staff and friendly fans. There are Drinks and food outlets and Toilets. There's good disabled access and purpose built areas for wheelchair users. It's deceptively small until you realise it accommodates 33 000 supporters. As expected you can find a club Shop and there are hospitality suites which can be hired.
