The ladies here have always been very good here, and way better workmanship on their products than Mountain Warehouse next door that usually falls apart (avoid), and about the same quality as The North Face and Berghaus! Got a pack a mac for this crazy changing weather 5000 micro pour breathable waterproof basically their own version of Gortex actually felt the wind stopper effect instantly and is breathable and waterproof didn't sweat like I would with cheaper ones but for £29 down from £59 was well worth it.

No comments on the quality of the products however at this branch I had experienced an unusual policy. They didn’t accept a £20 Scottish Pounds Note and given the explanation that they have a policy to not accepting this note. Which I totally not get it because we are in the UK and they don’t allow the customers to shop in pounds.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly & helped with my need to find specific items. It’s hard to get good service nowadays, yet the Brighton store delivered, Thanku! I will most certainly return for future items.

Popped in here on a visit to Brighton because they were advertising 70% off! I found a great pair of walking trainers reduced from £119 to £29. The lady who served me was very helpful, and explained they have a 14 day trial period during which you can return the shoes if they don't suit. Happily mine are comfortable and a good fit. The shop is on two floors, with a level access to the ground floor and stairs down to the basement. That's where the men's and women's shoes and clothing is. Ground floor looked like it was kids and teens stock. Although not as big as Mountain Warehouse, the quality of the products is a lot better. Definitely a good place to check out especially during a sale.
