Clean , great hotel diner nearby, lovely staff. I had problems finding a ride to train station early morning. The reception offered me a lift so i don't miss my connection
The only negative would be the outdated room but in fairness, the shower was great, the location great and our room was very quiet throughout the night. The staff were a bundle of fun and ever so helpful and accomodating. the two girls who looked after the hotel and the restaurant made our stay so much fun. They could not have done more for us and deserve most of the credit for the outstanding comments they have received in the past. The pocket rocket in the restaurant kept us entertained over breakfast and she did not stop rushing around to help us and others whilst smiling and chatting. The chef cooked a lovely breakfast on the two occassions and the choice and freshness of everything was fabulous. I hope the girls will be there when we return later this year as they are a massive credit to the Premier Inn group and deserve to be recognised for that
Our go to place to stay, clean and comfortable, and food is amazing. Staff are lovely, we had the lovely Korrie who served us for breakfast, was really busy but she was lovely and so helpful, a credit to the Premier inn team.
We stayed here for a week while we visited attractions in the area with our daughter and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pub is now owned by them too and they had some great deals and our daughter ate for free. It was a very pleasant experience.
It is nice being so close to supermarket shops and the Bury Port beach. The food at next door Beefeater was excellent, great 2-4-1 drinks deals too. Shout out to Connor for wonderful waiter service with the kids.
We book to stay here as my sister lives nearby. Lovely little hotel, pleasant and helpful staff and very reasonably priced per night. Will be coming back again.
We use this Premier Inn to enable us to visit local family, shopping and watch rugby matches! Great location with fantastic friendly service at a reasonable price.
Just needed a place to put our head down for the night. The staff were very friendly, the room clean, the bed comfortable and the cost very reasonable.
just returned from a weekend here with a big family group. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough. We arrived at 3am and had a misunderstanding with the room. The staff on duty were so nice and couldn’t do enough for us and it continued with the staff changeover the next day. We eat a delicious breakfast in the beefeater and the staff continued to be so nice. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
The best premier inn I’ve stayed in. The staff were so friendly, helpful & just lovely. Room was so clean. Location is decent, dependant on what you’re going there for. Honestly best stay.
