   We enjoyed a lovely weekend at the Stradey park hotel. Megan, who was the receptionist at check in couldn’t be more helpful. She arranged taxis for us to attend a wedding at Sylen lakes, nothing was too much. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were great. Overall a very pleasant stay. Bar was open 24hrs and bar staff were really great too. Would definitely stay here again.

   Excellent visit. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, helpful staff and a fab view. Breakfast was really good. And we'll definitely plan to eat an evening meal in the hotel restaurant next time. My relative had an accessible room and it was very good and their shower-room was well laid out. We will absolutely stay here again. Also , I know it's off-season, but even so it was not nearly as expensive as it probably should be!

   I arranged a surprise anniversary party here for my parents and I couldn't have been happier with the venue, service and our lovely rooms. The venue is well decorated, feels classy for special occasions and the hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and, we had a great night sleep. Everyone loved the hot and cold buffet, there was plenty of it, fresh and tasty and, the quality and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be trying the Sunday dinner there soon. Staff are friendly and accommodating and communication was great throughout the planning process. We had ample time to set up before the party and at the end of the night everything was tidied and put away by the staff so we could continue to enjoy drinks up at the main bar then go to bed without worry. Thank you !

   Stayed for 2 nights, for a family funeral. The staff, food and decor superb. Room was not big, but had modern fixtures and fittings, with a comfortable bed. The hotel also catered for wake and that was superbly handled.

   Everything was excellent with this hotel. The rooms are great and well stocked and warm. Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Evening meal was not as good as expected so went to eat out a couple of nights. Worth staying definitely.

   Very nice hotel and worth your money. Affordable price. I am also happy with their very friendly staff. The good service served here is also very satisfying. The food here is also delicious. The rooms for this hotel are comfortable and clean. For the best experience, you should all try their SPA.

   Very nice first impression, Christmas decorations throughout the hotel was very nice. Room spacious, but the old fashioned bathroom wasn't to my liking. Bed was comfortable, but room lacking sound proofing as we could here other visitors using their facilities. I don't think I would be returning to this hotel

   Overall really happy and would 100% stay here again. It is important to note how good the staff are. They were all friendly but more importantly they cared above and beyond - especially the reception staff. Everything was clean, nice food but the staff were truly exceptional. The elements that could be better are; - The breakfast. We missed it the first day as it does finish quite early. (The reception staff did recommend a fantastic place we went to) - The rooms are 'basic' but comfortable. Everything worked and clean and suitable but a little more updating would be nice. I really appreciated the water and drinks left in the room - thank you! - Lovely location but it would be nice if you had a recommendation list for restaurants that was quite hard to find. Thank you for a lovely stay.
