   Amazing location in front of the station and fabulous staff, super friendly and helpful. They change the towels every single day and along with bedsheets they smell very nice, the hotel is very clean. I highly recommend it.

   I didn't stay there but needed a place to charge my phone and couldn't find anything open in the afternoon (not even a cafe!). I popped in and the fellow working there was very helpful, brewed me a cup of coffee and we had a chat. He told me how to walk to my destination and really helped. Definitely would stay there if I ever go again, the kind of friendly people you want working at a hotel!

   Fantastic Sunday Lunch at the Miramar Hotel I've been to the Miramar Hotel a number of times for the Sunday roast. There is free parking at he rear of the hotel, free WIFI, and excellent choice of hot and cold beverages. The Sunday roast rates as one of the best I've eaten anywhere including (sorry Mum) Mums...... They offer a choice of meat, Chicken or the melt in the mouth roast Beef. Served with potatoes cooked three ways, Roast, Mash and Boiled, yorkshire puddings, stuffing plus an array of freshly prepared vegetables. The home made gravy to die for.... The portion sizes are huge. If you've got room after the mains theres a Desert included in the price. Really recommend the hotel for it's roast and cooked food in general.

   Very nice hotel clean and presentable.right next to train station for Swansea. Staff very helpful and food lovely. Definitely stay there again cost £95 for family room for 4.

   We arrived to our booking having being messed up. So had to pay extra. The receptionist gave looks that could have killed a 50 ton elephant. She spoke broken English and was rude from the outset. I asked for the manager who was slightly more helpful. We were given a room with no bath (on purpose I would wager) it was basic and smelled of damp. When I explained I has spinal problems and would like a bath in my room i was fobbed off an told there was nothing he could do by tonight bit it would be sorted the next day. It was not. Breakfast was salty and over priced. Dinner was pub food quality at best. Over all I would say that the hotel was not worth the money and the service was abominable! I will not be staying again. Nor woukd I recomend anyone else to either.

   Rock solid bed. Said there would be breakfast in the morning of Christmas day there wasn't. Someone had left gas on in the kitchen but no one was there the next day, wasn't until I rang on boxing day that someone checked. We became quite ill and didn't even get an apology. Also the shower is tiny but the door didn't shut on the shower so u couldn't move properly to wash.
