I initially spoke to Tom on the phone regarding Pilla Glasses and lenses and then agreed to go up and see him . I came from the Isle of Wight so a bit of a trip. However well worth it. Tom was super helpful and gave a lot of advice on what was best for me as I needed prescription inserts. After spending some time trying on a range of lenses I bought a kit that was bespoke to me. Super happy with my purchase. Also bought cartridges, gloves and a jacket! Toms shop is beautifully presented with a range of shooting items and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy Pilla glasses to go and visit Tom you will not be disappointed. Visited today and Mr Tom Starkey spent a good 45 minutes with me on a one to one showing me every possible option with getting the very best 3 Lens X 6 outlaw to suit my shooting style , the stock is amazing and I assume un equalled in the UK, located 5 minutes from the A23 London to Brighton Road , ample parking . Tom placed 4 different colour clays outside and then ran through all the lens options to suit best , although big in mail order I really suggest you make the effort to visit in person . Probably by April 2023 Tom will have a fully fitted bespoke high end retail shop again worth the time out to visit .
I would like to say thank you for the advice on the 64CIB lenses. After your advice my wife purchased these for me and I got to give them a run out today on an overcast miserable rainy day. They made everything so clear and sharp. So yet again following your advice new lenses ideally suited to the conditions and another 100 straight at DTL. I know a thank you doesn’t get you far but I believe in acknowledging when some one helps you. The customer service is 2nd to none and I will continue to promote your brand without question.
Orderd a Pilla X6 Lenas kit with 3 lenses and added a 4th one. Very competitive pricing and the delivery from the UK to Thailand was more than speedy! I ordered Monday and received it by Wednesday! I can recommend Starkey Outdoor to every Clay Shooter and Hunter
Fantastic advice from Tom, lots of patience when answering my questions and a absolutely no quibbles when returning or replacing items. I was recommended to use Starkey Headsets by a friend and gave them a call. Tom answered the phone and was more than happy to spend whatever time I needed, to make sure I was completely happy with the items I bought - in this case it was a lens kit for clay shooting. Tom took the time to explain and discuss the nuances of different lens tints for different conditions and target types, and really wanted to make sure I made the correct choices. When the lenses arrived, I found that I preferred a slightly different tint than I'd ordered, so I called and was told to simply send the items back with a note to identify the replacements that I required. There was even a rebate because one of the replacements was 'on sale' - all was simply sorted out, no fuss, no quibble. A tremendous experience! Starkey Headsets will be my first stop for shooting equipment in future, for sure!
Wow Wow....What can I say. I have been trying so many glasses then was told to try Starkey Headsets. Finally have my Pilla glasses and never going back. Expensive but worth every penny. They also gave me great advice and they were right. Ordered at 4pm and received them the next day. Thank you so much . Ally xx
