   I've worked with Bay Estates both as a Landlord and then on the subsequent sale of the property and I honestly cannot rate them more highly! Their staff are very professional but also friendly and accommodating. Since I am living in Australia it's also been particularly important to have a very competent agency managing my investment. Bay Estates helped put my mind at ease and I always felt that my property and, importantly my tenants, were well looked after. Given the awkward time zones and therefore challenges in communicating I can safely say that the staff at Bay Estates went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have experience of other agencies as a Landlord and also as a tenant and I would, without doubt, recommend Bay Estates highly to anyone who is looking to lease, rent or sell.

   This company keeps me informed at every stage of the letting process. They flag up when surveys or inspections are required, they find good quality tradespersons to complete the work and keep my tenants informed at all times. Their regular inspections are thorough and give me warning of anything that may need changing soon. If I have any queries they generally answer the same day.

Quite honestly, I have not experienced in any other agency and it makes a massive difference to the customer experience.    Very impressed with Bay estate agents and their processes in obtaining this fantastic property in the Mayals. Claudio Gomes the letting Manager / Negotiator was unbelievably professional in helping us secure this property. With issues in selling our home Claudio negotiated different moving dates between the landlord and ourselves and mediated to make both parties happy under difficult circumstances.
