As far as the staff and service goes. Outstanding. One hot meal a day, access to washing machines and tumble dryer, a small kitchen should you wish to cook yourself, milk, tea, coffee and sugar provided daily. Can't fault the place.
It’s run by some very nice people but it’s in Swansea and Swansea and I get myself lost easily
been there twice now to see my son Nathan. he's getting on well with staff and others
Staff at Quay house are very supportive and helpful .you have Laura from boss programmes & Kelly from YMCA between them both there is a number of courses available for residents to better there lives and many more so I can't see how some people would dislike something that has been built to help them. Or maybe there not ready to change just yet.if you want to change this is the place to do it many thanks to every one at Quay house
