   Digs have been so amazing in helping relocate into new accommodation. Lisa was understanding of my needs and arranged viewings to suit my schedule. The process of viewing, to signing for the property, to moving in couldn't have been made easier. Really thankful to Digs especially Lisa for all their assistance. I can fully recommend Digs for all your student accommodation needs.

   Highly recommended! Very understanding and helpful. They go above and beyond to answer any queries and rectify promptly anything that needs doing. Nothing is too much trouble. A relief to know my daughter’s first experience of moving out of the family home to university, was made smoother by Digs Accommodation. Very professional.

   Digs Swansea charge fairly reasonable rents and include fair usage of electricity and gas in them. This is one of the good things about them. However, I did not have the best experience upon moving into one of their properties. The dishwasher, washing machine, boiler and oven did not work and various furniture was broken. Whilst these issues were later fixed, they should have been dealt with before we moved in. It wasn't very fun not being able to heat the house, properly cook or wash clothes for the first few weeks. Also, despite handing the property back in a clean state, we were charged for cleaning. Whilst after some discussion the charge was reduced, it seems discourteous to me to charge for cleaning, particularly given the issues mentioned above. They want to get every penny back from you that they can. I do feel somewhat let down by the above mentioned issues. A good student letting services should be more focused on providing a service than just making money. Overall, Digs Swansea are a letting agent that charges reasonable rents, but personally they did not ensure that my property was in a functional state upon moving in, hence 3 stars.

   Been living with Digs for the past two years and really can’t fault them! Been so helpful with the move in process and if there is ever a problem it’s always sorted straight away! Staff are really friendly and always willing to help. Can’t recommend Digs enough be sure to check out their properties if you need student accommodation in Swansea!

   Absolutely fantastic service. I took over a tenancy fairly last minute and they couldn't have been more helpful! everything as managed quickly and efficiently, any questions I had very answered promptly. I'm set to move in on the 1st and couldn't be more excited. Claire and Victoria especially are a credit to the company an if I stay for a masters I will defo be this using this company again!!

   I would highly recommend Digs Swansea, they have a super helpful team and go above and beyond to make sure any issues are sorted quickly and efficiently. The properties are super modern and newly renovated unlike many other student lets. They are very fair and friendly landlords and would definitely recommend letting student house with them!

   Had a great experience dealing with Digs for our final year flat. Denise was very friendly and approachable when we met to view the flat and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when moving in. Any problems we had were dealt with as soon as possible with the maintenance staff sorting us out as fast as they could. Everyone in the office were very responsive and attentive when we had any problems - especially Lisa and Victoria. Everyone was very switched on and made sure that the house was well looked after during a stressful final year so it was nice we didn’t have to worry about any problems. The house was very clean when we moved in and in a great location close to campus. Definitely would recommend to any students looking for a student let in Swansea!
