   Every single time I shop here, XS underwear is completely sold out. It’s obviously one of the most in-demand sizes, yet Victoria’s Secret never seems to stock enough. Meanwhile, the L and XL sections are piled high and untouched. It makes no sense to constantly run out of the size so many people are looking for while overstocking sizes that don’t move. The brand used to pride itself on catering to petite women, but now it feels like that’s been completely pushed aside. If Victoria’s Secret wants to keep loyal customers, they need to get their stock balance right. Right now, it’s frustrating and disappointing to walk in and leave empty-handed every time.

   Was fitted and overall helped by Mollie today. An absolute gem! Very friendly and very knowledgable about bras and how they should fit. Also did her best to find me the right size of the iconic white/pink striped bra. And she succeeded! A wonderful experience!

   Grace did my bra fitting, she was amazing. She took so much care to find me the perfect size, and explained how it should fit. She is very knowledgeable with the different bras and what each one offers. She didn’t rush me and allowed me to take my time deciding and gave me different options depending on what my needs were. I highly recommend Grace for anyone that needs a bra fitting! Super lovely person.

   My experience in store today was amazingly lovely! I was served by Faith and her level of customer service was outstanding! She made me feel so at ease and offered such lovely compliments and was so kind, I left the store with my new purchase and was so happy! What a really delightful member of your team!    I walked into the Brighton​'s​ Victoria Secrets store a​s a ​frazzled and exhausted mum with one hour to spare away from my young kids. I approached Laura and asked if I could have a fitting in under an hour, ​I ​explained about my limited time and she sprung into action, showing me to a fitting room immediately. She had me measured ​up ​SO fast I didn't realise she'd done it. Next she brought me four bras and explained ​simply ​what each of them would do and which she thought I'd prefer. Not only was the size spot on but I did prefer the one she'd earmarked. Laura obviously knew her stuff and read me very well. She brought me back to life​ that day​. I was very happy with the Dream Angel and couldn't believe the improvement ​and incredible change​ from my old bra. Impressed doesn't cover it. I bought the bra and I look forward to popping in again to hear from Laura about the new stock. Laura is a professional on all levels with a warm and understanding nature. An asset to this company without a doubt. Thank you​ Laura. ​

   The staff were all really helpful, friendly and I can't fault the great customer service I received. Unfortunately the store had sold out of my size, however I was advised that I may be able to find what I was looking for online. As stores had just reopened, understandably the store had been rampaged and I had just got there too late! Beautiful selection of underwear, just a shame it wasn't my (and apparently everyone else's) post lockdown size!
